Neptunian Layers

Being a kid of the 90's, most of my characters in plugsuits tend to look like .
Or Ramona Flowers.
Or that blue haired girl from El Tigre.
Not like that's a bad thing but yeah....

And oh yeah, Plasma Brass Knuckles...because well they seem to fit the character and plasmafied anything looks pretty badass!
